    I love all the fun tofu recipes. So many people think its bland, but there are TONS of ways to spice it up! I’ve made the ‘egg’ scramble before and it was delish!

    The delicata squash-quinoa recipe is a new favorite of mine. My husband REALLY liked it too, which was surprising because he’s not a big coconut oil fan, but the flavors overall were a hit. Thanks for sharing!
