Okay – not entirely wordless. I’ve got to say – the buffalo cauliflower, blue cheese, and slaw tacos from the Charlotte food truck The Tin Kitchen were amazing. AMAZING. Doesn’t it look delicious? Best meal I’ve ever had from a truck!

I just had fried cauliflower for the first time today and it was amazing!! I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower normally, but I guess anything fried is delicious.

I love food trucks! We have a few in our area but nothing that really stands! I have had some great ones though down south! I would love to try the fried cauliflower!

Those tacos look amazing! I always get super excited about food trucks but so so disappointed with the limited veggie options- I always end up with a greasy grilled cheese that’s just meh. We need that truck here in Atlanta.

I just had “cauliflower steak” at a restaurant and it was awesome. Just take half a head of cauliflower and cook & serve like you would a piece of meat.

I’ve never had fried cauliflower but looking at that picture (and reading your description) definitely makes me want to try it! Now I just need to find a truck somewhere in my city that’s serving it! 😉

I was just thinking how delicious those tacos look! I’ve seen buffalo cauliflower before but have never tried it. I’m thinking that needs to change! Haha.

Tin Kitchen is hands down my favorite food truck in charlotte. Hope my little family will see yours one Friday!
