A pool is such a great place for those messages. When I was training for the triathlon at the pool, I overheard a lot of body trash talk in the change rooms…often by teen girls. I hope it helps someone in need!

Question: Do the locals know who you are? Not your friends, but people you see often, but maybe don’t know their names (at the pool for instance)? Have you become known as That Sticky Note Lady? Just curious 🙂

After the gym today I found a note on my car that read, “You’re cute, have an amazing day!” At first I didn’t know whether to be creeped out or flattered, but it did put a smile on my face! Although I’m sure it wasn’t part of operation beautiful it kind of fell along those lines 🙂
