Good luck to Ashley, hope you all get a great experience.
I think your last post was very wise, it is important to be a good spectactor. I especially agree with the point about always supporting. A spectator is not there to make the participants feel bad, but to cheer them up and give them a boost.
I remember when I went to a lot of football matches, people were almost as good as screaming nasty stuff as positive cheers.
have fun! wow, a half ironman is really impressive – good luck to ashley. that chick is an endurance beast.
Good luck to Ashley!!!
Good luck, Ashley!

Thanks for the great Twitter updates Caitlin!! I have spectated at three of my boyfriend’s 70.3 races and they are so inspiring. Exhausting, but life changing. I can’t wait to see the pics and read your report!! Have you been bitten by the ironman bug yet? 😉
Best of luck to Ashley – can’t wait to hear all about her race!!!!
I jumped on Wikipedia and read the article, but it was a lot like walking through pudding: slow going and afterward I felt kinda dirty.
She did so well!
Congrats to her, you’re a great friend for going out there and cheering her on!
You’re such a good friend to support her! Go Ashley!
