The Husband would be very proud of me! I spent the last thirty minutes explaining football to my mom. :) I wasn’t raised in a very sporty family, obviously! The Husband taught me everything I know about sports.
Mom made dinner for me while I cheered on the Saints.
I was excited to try a new Morningstar product, Veggie Bites Broccoli Cheddar. I don’t normally buy frozen “faux meat†products, but they can be a nice change.
They were good! I had four and dipped them in Dijon mustard.
I also had a sweet potato and steamed veggies.
Dessert was a couple of crackers with raspberry jam.
I’ve got to hit the hay. I’m hoping to wake up really early and get my drive on – it’s 650+ miles between Powell and Orlando!
