Staring into the bathroom mirror,

standing there with a Post-It note,

I pressed my pen to the paper

And I wrote:

You are good enough

You are beautiful just the way you are

You imperfections make you unique

The best version of yourself by far

Sometimes when I am sad

I look around the world and see

How beautiful this crazy life is

The little miracles inside you and me

One little piece of paper

Never in one million years

Did I ever think would be so powerful

To make smiles and stop tears
