Remember when I did the 30 Day Shred? This morning, I tackled Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones on Exercise TV.
I did about 20 minutes of the 60 minute video, and it was HARD! I like how Jillian combines multiple muscle groups (for example, abs and chest). But, just like the 30 Day Shred, there was WAY too many squats and lunges, which I find to be really irritating to my knees and legs. I substitute those moves with static wall squats.
I will definitely do this workout again and maybe make it through the whole thing (I forgot I have to go to work early today). 🙂
Oh Jillian, I love you and I hate you. Let me squish your little head.
Breakfast was a Kashi TLC bar, Oikos Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of flax, and raspberries.

Caitlin, I tried reading Twilight when it first came out ages ago and couldn't get into it, but I loved the movie. Should I try the books again?
P.S. Way to go with the JM workout. I tried Boost Metabolism, Burn Fat the other day (or whatever it's called) and it KILLED!
