The place is clean:
Flowers are in their vases:
Kitchen is organized and spotless:
Snacks for the camera crew + my friends (Megan, Kelly, my neighbor Michelle, and my friend Harry’s mother are coming over to help):
(Hummus will go in the heart when it’s show time).
And my princess is ready for her close-up:
Well…. as ready as she’ll ever be!
I’m NOT dressed yet. That’s up next on the list. π
Around 9:30 AM, I had some grapes:
And lunch was a simple sammie and soup:
Just a sprouts and hummus sammie with 1 cup of corn chowder on the side.
Time to get ready!
I just want to say (from the bottom of my heart) THANK YOU so much for not only supporting me and Healthy Tipping Point, but also for supporting Operation Beautiful. I know that Operation Beautiful revolves around a very simple premise. And sometimes people dismiss it because it is so simple — just post a positive note in a public place for another woman to find. But having edited the site for the last 2.5 months, I have been shocked to see the tremendous impact these little notes have on people. You never know who will find your note. Sometimes the e-mails I get reduce me to tears. It is amazing.
The world is a big, scary place. There is a lot to be sad and mad and jaded about. But look around you — there is SO MUCH to be happy about. There are small, everyday miracles happening all around you. And (I really mean this) YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE MIRACLES.
Spread the love.
Be back later with a recap!
Caitlin,
You have such a big heart and you deserve everything you're getting. I don't know you in person (wish I did) but you seem like the most geniune and caring person I "know". I hope today goes perfect today!
