Two back-to-back runs have jacked up my appetite beyond belief. Not that I mind the excessive carb munching. :) I just can barely keep up!
Mid-morning snack was a blueberry yogurt muffin:
Lunch was rice, a veggie burger, and broc:
The rice was actually this "heat and serve" pack from Annie Chun’s. I’ve never had real black pearl rice, so I have nothing to compare this to, but it was pretty good!

Dress for Success and Operation Beautiful
Today is the FINAL day of the Official Operation Beautiful Charity Necklace Drive! As part of this fundraiser, a portion of the proceeds from sales of the official Operation Beautiful necklace will go to Dress for Success Greater Orlando. To learn more about this fundraiser, check out this post.
A reader named Emily has GENEROUSLY bought one Operation Beautiful necklace with the full intention of giving it away to a Healthy Tipping Point reader! How amazing is that? Warms my heart!
If you want to win the Operation Beautiful necklace, simply leave a comment stating what your BEST qualities are! I’ll randomly pick a tomorrow morning! Spread the love! And THANK YOU, Emily. 🙂
What a generous person! I think my best qualities are my determination. I'm also proud of myself because I try really, really hard to be a good friend.
