The stray cat Mitch (I think his new name is Laser) was adopted by Megan’s BFF Debbie and her boyfriend.
Bye Mitch! I’ll miss you! 🙂
I got home super early today from work and made the conscious decision NOT to do any more work. It feels so good to just do nothing and watch So You Think You Can Dance. Woo hoo!
Afternoon snacks included a Kashi TLC bar:
Grapes:
And Pop Chips!
I went to the store of my way home to stock up on Oikos yogurt and was pleasantly surprised to see Stonyfield Organic Milk! I snatched it right up — I’ve never bought organic milk before but I’m pretty obsessed with Stonyfield so I thought I’d give it a try (and I’m not just saying that because of the Summit!)
For dinner, I used some Oikos to make "mashed sweet potatoes."
And on the side, I had two cups of Vegetable soup from Wolfgang Puck. I wasn’t feeling very hungry and I have a tummy ache, so this was just what I was craving! But I only ate half of the potatoes in the end.
Plus, cherries for dessert.
Off to go enjoy "me time"! 🙂 I’m pretty pumped TO DO NOTHING AT ALL! Somewhere, pigs are flying….
FYI for those of you who are attending the Summit: we have posted a tentative schedule to help you with travel plans (a more detailed schedule is forthcoming). The Cocktail Party and Conference are ticket-only events, but we would love to see other people for the Saturday evening and Sunday events!
awww I'm so glad the kitty was adopted! That is very exciting 🙂 I LOVE stonyfield's organic milk! I wish it wasn't so darn expensive. I can get a gallon of regular publix milk for less money than a half of stonyfield's 🙁 I try to mix it up and get one week of regular and one week or organic.
