I managed to fall asleep around 11:30 last night after popping an over-the-counter sleep aid. I hardly ever take those types of medications, but I simply could NOT turn my brain off — it was racing. I kept thinking about the Healthy Living Summit. It’s just a few weeks away and I’m so excited about it!
I woke up feeling surprisingly rested, which is good because I have a long day of work ahead of me (sigh).
Breakfast was my favorite:
A big bowl of granola, blueberries, and Oikos Greek yogurt. The Husband has decided he likes Oikos yogurt (he doesn’t like regular stuff!) and he has been eating it as fast as I can restock the fridge! 🙂
Post It found out about Operation Beautiful and sent me a bunch of fun Post It notes to stick around town!
Operation Beautiful is bringing me great, great joy. I think it’s making me a happier person! I like to scheme about where I’m going to place the notes and what they are going to say. Its so simple, but so profound… I get a lot out of posting these notes!
Here’s a story from today’s Operation Beautiful post. Be sure to check out the rest of the notes!
Stantalina wrote, "This is my first operation beautiful note. I posted it on the mirror at work. My call center is a very conservative place, so I assumed a couple people would see it, but then it would be taken right down by the custodians or managers. I posted it 2 days ago, came in to work this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was still there!"
Have a BEAUTIFUL Saturday! Don’t forget to spread the Operation Beautiful love if you are out and about today! Post a note, take a picture, and send it to Caitlin at seebriderun@gmail.com!
good morning 🙂
i am excited about the summit, too! also, i cannot wait to hear more about your book. i too would really like to write a book someday, maybe about my experiences in residency.
