Today’s eating spree ruined my appetite for dinner!
I snacked on watermelon around 7:00 PM out of sheer boredom:
And dinner waited until 9 PM. I wasn’t hungry but I figured I needed to eat something before laying down — or I’d be up at 3:00 AM, rummaging in the kitchen! 🙂
I made a grilled cheese + sprout sammie with two slices of mini-toast.
Plus a side salad.
The Husband and I went on a 2.0 mile walk around 8:00 PM. I quizzed him for an upcoming test while we walked. It certainly wasn’t a heart-pounding, intense workout, but it felt good to burn some cals. 🙂
Oh, we canceled our gym membership today! Our last day of gymming is August 1, but we figure we don’t really need the membership anymore — I hardly have time to workout at the gym, and now the Husband has a bike. It just seemed like we were pissing away $75 a month!
I’m going to bed right now — yes! At 9:20. I’m so tired.
