Good morning. Today is THE DAY. You know — orthopaedic doctor day. My appoint is at 9, so come back for lunch and a recap. Cross your fingers!
I have my list of symptoms all ready to go, and I’m planning to ask him about the supplement hyperimmunized milk factor (HIMF), which I read about in this article (and a lovely reader told me about!). Considering I’ve never heard of HIMF and my family owns a supplement store, I’m curious to learn more.
Breakfast was a repeat from earlier in the week: flax French Toast!
Flax FT is AWESOME. I love it! So nutty and delicious. Plus, tons of omega 3’s.
Plus a banana and maple syrup:
I didn’t have time to do my strength routine this morning, but that’s OK because I usually get off my night shift a little early on Thursdays. Depending on what the doctor says is OK or not OK, I may go to the gym.
I did streeeeeeeeeeeeetch out my muscles, though! And I foam rolled the shitz out of my thighs.
In another news…
Happy birthday to the lovely Jenna! Welcome to your mid-twenties (baw hahah!)
Today is Angela’s Shop 4 a Cause — all proceeds go to the Canada Cancer Society!
Here’s "10 Reasons Why Women Love Vampires." :) Reason #1 totally should’ve been "Edward Cullen"!
Hey girl! Good luck at the doctors- def let us know how it goes. I have my fingers crossed for you. What a yummy breakfast- its making my bfast look lame 😉
