Would You Rather….

Today is positively slipping away…. which is awesome.

 

Lunch was a repeat of a lunch I had earlier in the week.  It was so good, I wanted it again!

A hot dog roll with turkey, mustard, and cheese, all broiled together.

Plus, grapes and celery.

 

I can’t wait for the work day to be over…. I have so many fun things planned for this weekend, plus a lot of chores to do.  I want to get crackin’ on my weekend RIGHT NOW!

 

Would You Rather….

 

Let’s play my favorite game — "Would You Rather…?"!  So, would you rather….

 

  • Win a $1 million dream home in your dream location or win $250,000 cash?  Assume all the taxes, etc. are paid on the dream home.

 

I would rather win the cash.

 

  • Give $1,000 to a random stranger on the street who really needed the money or give $1,000 to your best friend who lives comfortably?

 

I would give the cash to the stranger.

 

  • Make out with your most hated ex or touch your own poop with your bare hands?

 

Poop, here I come!

 

  • Be a famous movie star or a famous pop singer?

 

I think I would rather be in movies… it would be so much fun to pretend to be someone else!

 

  • Drive an amazing car (think an Aston Martin Vanquish) or live in a really cool house?

 

I think I’d rather have a really hot car!

    -Hmm, I think I’d rather have the million dollar house because having a paid of mortgage would save me lots of money.
    – I’d give the money to a stranger who needed it.
    -I’d rather touch the poop. Never thought I’d type that sentence!
    -I don’t think I’d want to be a pop singer or a movie star! I’d rather be a famous author and speaker.
    – Cool house.

    – I’d choose the $1 million dream home.
    – Give cash to the stranger
    – Given my GI problems, touching poop doesn’t actually sound that gross to me.
    – Pop singer! I always wished I could sing.
    – Live in a cool house! I don’t care so much about what kind of car I have.

    I’d rather:
    — have the house (in the mountains near a trout stream with plenty of outdoor hiking/exploring area … no neighbors!)
    — $1,000 to random stranger
    — Ugh, totally the poop. But that sounds pretty bad too.
    — Neither. I don’t want to be famous. Can I just have the $$ to buy the house above?
    — House again. The one above. 🙂

    Oh man, your sandwich looks so good! And I’ve been craving fruit something fierce. I have GOT to get to the grocery store.

    Okay, would I rathers:

    -Tough one. I guess I’ll go with the cash.
    -I’ll admit it, I’d give the money to my friend.
    -I don’t really have any “hated” exes. I guess I’d pick making out! Let’s assume it would not affect my marriage.
    -I’d rather be a singer…too bad I’m horrible at it!
    -I’d choose cool house all the way. Hubby would definitely choose amazing car. As he likes to say, “You can race your car, but you can’t race your house.”

    I love ‘would you rather’! I would totally take the million dollar home, but then go around and sell it and come out with more than the $250,000.
    – totally the stranger, but someone who I truly believe will use the money to help themselves – I’m totally teach them to fish type person.
    – make out, I can’t do the poop thing (plus I don’t really have a most hated ex)
    – movie star, you get multiple takes
    -Really cool house, I’m a cancer and all about home.

    -Give the stranger some dough as long as it wasn’t for boozing it up
    -I’m a mommy – I’ve touched plenty of poop and would much rather that than be anywhere near my ex’s mouth
    -I think being in the movies would be cool – I could use a different role every now and then
    -Definitely live in a really cool house – I’m not that into cars

    – have the house (as long as I could get a job nearby)

    – hmm, don’t have a hated ex… am I exempt from this one?
    – I’d much rather be a movie star!
    – I’d go for the house… unless I already have the $1m from the first “would your rather,” in which case I’d obvi. go for the sweet car! I’d love a really sexy hybrid. 🙂
