Work has been LOCO today! I have so much to do, which is a good thing. But it’s still tiring! 🙂
I took a break around 11:00 to eat my Thai food leftovers.
I added steamed snow peas to my Garlic Pepper Chicken to boost it up a little. And instead of indulging in more white rice, I made 1/2 cup of brown rice.
Plus, some fruit on the side.
And I’m not sure what was "wrong" with this lunch, but I was starving again within 30 minutes. Maybe it was the small amount of complex carbs??
Anyway, I broke into mid-afternoon snack #1 around 12:10:
Chobani and a crushed TLC bar. Mmm. That did the trick!
Also, I realized something this morning when taking one of my trice-daily glucosamine supplements:
1 Day’s Worth of Glucosamine = 3 pills, not 6! I’ve been double-dosing myself on glucosamine! Which, although I’m sure won’t kill me, is a definite waste of money because there’s only so much your body can absorb in one day. Oops. READ THE LABEL, Caitlin! 🙂
