I feel all sorts of RUSHED today! Guess it’s because I need to work, do laundry, run, pack….. and basically pull my life together before we leave for Charlotte tomorrow!
I woke up a little earlier to do Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. I wasn’t "feeling it" this morning so it felt a little more torturous than usual (it’s all mental!). Maybe I’m just in bad strength shape, but Level 2 KILLS ME. Walking plank push-ups!?!?! Are you kidding me? 🙂
Breakfast was divine….. PANCAKES!
I really do think Hodgson’s Mills InstaBake mix is the best pancake mix out there — the pancakes end up so light and fluffy.
Plus a banana and maple syrup for dipping.
And…. I’m off! Sorry for the basic post. I promise something interesting at lunch. 🙂
