After work, I decided to get in some cardio. But I ended up doing the non-traditional type! I walked the dogs about 1/2 mile and then I washed my car! 🙂 Hey, it COUNTS as a workout to me!
The trees are releasing pollen and everyone in my neighborhood has a fine layer of yellow POLLEN on their car!
Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese
I made one of my favorite meals tonight – a Healthy Spaghetti Bolognese! It includes WW angel hair pasta, organic pasta sauce, and Morning Star Meal Starter faux meal.
It was excellent… however, I somehow served myself way too much pasta. There’s a trick that 1 quarter-sized "roll" of spaghetti is equal to one serving. I "eye-ball" measured it, but I think once I added the Meal Starter and sauce, it was too much.
Leftovers:
Plus a side salad.
Plus, I made to slowllly consuming this Dove Dark Chocolate bar over the night. 🙂
