You’re so excited the local grocery store is carrying Chobani, you whip out your camera and take a picture… in front of five other customers and a small child, who exclaims: "Mommy, why is she taking pictures of yogurt?!"

Crap Free Week is going very well so far. I didn’t miss coffee past noon, but I did miss my cereal/yogurt snack. I made up for it with really yummy snacks instead!

I headed to the gym for a 5K speedwork session on the treadmill. Honestly, I LOVE doing speedwork on Thursdays because I’m rarely motivated at the end of the week to run a load of miles or spend forever in the gym. I was in and out in 30 minutes!
Here’s my 5k speedwork session…
- Warm-up: 1 minute at 5.0 mph
- Sprint #1: 2 minutes at 7.0
- Recover: 1 minute at 6.0 mph
- Sprint #2: 2 minutes at 7.5
- Recover: 1 minute at 6.0
- Repeat Sprints #1 and #2 4 more times
- Finish up to 3.0 miles at 7.5 – 8.0 mph
- Walk to 3.1 miles (5k)
Total Time: 27 minutes
Dinner was quick and easy as well…. and it was crap free! 🙂
I grilled some tilapia in lemon juice, EVOO, and pepper. Divine!
On the side… roasted red potatoes.
And grilled asparagus!
I see strawberries in my future for dessert 🙂
