The Wine Room

Tonight I went to the wine bar with Meghann and my neighbor Michelle.

We went to a fun place called The Wine Room, which is a pay-as-you-go wine bar.

You purchase a loaded "smart card" and can buy 1 oz. or 2.5 oz. pours of a variety of wines for about $1.5 to $3  a pour (well, for the cheaper wines)!

My favorite is Riesling, so I tried about four or five pours alone!

Not going to lie… I drank my fair share!

 

But it was a very fun evening!

We ordered a Cheddar Cheese flight — ohmigod, so amazing!

It came with some yummy crunchy and soft French bread.

And…. now I’m READY FOR BED.

 

You know what this means! A run-away-the-hangover 5.0 miler with Meghann tomorrow morning!

    That is such a cool idea. I wish that they had a wine bar like that around here.

    Good luck on your run. Runs are always the best way to sweat out the alcohol. (Wait, that sounds weird, not those kinds of runs. lol)

    hehe I am going to run away the hangover too (well, tiredness from staying up til 430am!)
