Another busy day at the “office!” Obviously, working from home is great. But it does get a little lonely sometimes, and more often than not, I START TO GO STIR CRAZY with just me and the WORK! So, I’m headed to the gym and then the dog park with the ‘fur babies.’
But first… mid-day meals!
For lunch, I felt like having a platter of different items, so I had 1/2 an apple, a large carrot, about 1.5 ounce of sharp cheddar cheese, and a modified version of my two bean kale dip. I used three beans (garbanzo, pinto, and black) instead of two, because that’s what we had opened in the fridge! It was still delicious. I scooped up the bean dip with a warm WW pita.
As delicious as my lunch platter was (doesn’t eating loads of little things make you feel FULL for some reason?), I needed a snack around 2 PM. I had 1/4 cup Grape Nuts, 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean!, and some non-fat plain yogurt with blueberries. The combination of cereals was a nice change, and the Grape Nuts stay crunchy all the way through the bowl!
Various Snacks
I got hit by a case of the munchies around 11 AM and again around 4 PM. I had a handful of nuts and raisins. Future Husband got a HUGE bag of nuts from Costco, and I swear we’ll be eating the same bag until our wedding.
Off to do some light cardio! Enjoy your evening and see you for lunch!
