i started off this morning slowly, as it is my REST day! i take about one rest day a week so it felt great to sleep in. i’m pretty much coffee dependent so i usually stumble to the kitchen and put on a pot. as i let my two dogs out, i enjoyed my coffee on our front door balcony.
i sweeten my coffee with Stevia. i switched to Stevia about 1 year ago because i wanted to drop my artificial sugar addiction. its pretty good!
after the pups did they business and ate their own breakfast, i made mine! today i felt like oatmeal, so i whipped up 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 water, a small sliced banana, a few blueberries, about 7 halves of pecans, and a sprinkle of dark brown sugar!
this is the view from our backyard. i try to get in as much ‘outside time’ as i can before the daily heat wave strikes!
after breakfast i did today’s 100 Pushup Challenge daily task. i love stuff like this! it’s so great to have a measurable goal to work towards. in between sets, i did some ab work.

I’m curious, do you still use Stevia in your coffee? Trying to break away from it all together, but I’m still hanging on to my 1 pack of Sweet and Low and tbsp. of ff Hazelnut creamer.
